Mr McEnery, Deputy Keeper of Records at the Four Courts, and Keeper of State Papers at the Castle, wishes the Under Secretary to Know that all the records have been taken out of the vault at the four Courts and are being used by the Sinn Feiners as barricades.
He would like to know if anything can be done to save them (the records), or if he will be required in any way about them.
He also states that the whole place is practically looted.
His telephone no. Is Rathmines 560, and his address Glandore, Highfield Road
