Mister Rogers [Meenderasloe] small farmer aged 43 years wounded on 24th inst. at Meenalecky Peter O’Donnell aged 27 years and Jack O’Donnell aged 20 years by throwing him down on the public road off a car at 6pm from the effects of which he died at 6 ¾ same date when returning from Middletown [fair motive] drunkenness accused arrested
