NATHAN to POWER April 27.
Sergeant R.U.C. who has come through from Ballinasloe on border of Galway and Roscommon to Dublin to-day reports all right between those places. According to what he heard at Ballinasloe R.I.C were still at Athenry though 600 Sinn Fein were occupying building nearby and had taken Oranmore Barracks. This is better than previous accounts from Galway. On the other hand some trouble is reported from Wexford. Chief Secretary wishes my reports put before Prime Minister.
