At 4.50pm 27th inst, Patrick Dunphy 2 Clarendon Lane off South King Street reported here that he had in his possession there one rifle, two bayonets.

He states he belong to B Coy 3rd Battn Irish National Volunteers, Windsor Place Lower Pembroke St.

Mr Quinn to deal with in usual way. Mn 27 4 16
